This year’s MOVE America show in Austin, Texas was full of impactful conversations about current electric vehicle (EV) trends. The event brought together mobility visionaries, innovators and thought leaders from around the world. 

Here are our top three takeaways that left us inspired and eager to continue shaping the ever-evolving future of e-mobility. 

The Rise of Mobility-as-a-Service

Mobility is transforming across a wide spectrum from business models, such as shared assets and Vehicles-as-a-Service (VaaS) to new products like electric vehicles, drones and scooters. These new products and the paradigm shift towards Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) demonstrate a new trend that promises to redefine the way we interact with transportation. 

The event highlighted that MaaS isn’t just about technology; it’s about providing users with a holistic, end-to-end experience. Attendees learned how data-driven insights, user-friendly interfaces and seamless revenue generating solutions are key elements in making MaaS a reality.
